User-Generated Content

We may collect content you create or upload, including:

• Photos, videos, reels, performance recordings, and audio
• Captions, comments, likes, ratings, votes, and shares
• Audition, competition, and event registration information
• Messages or information submitted through support forms

Content published through Talent Tank may be visible to other users and may be shared outside the platform.

Camera, Microphone, Photos, and Files

With your permission, Talent Tank may access your:

• Camera to record or upload photos and videos
• Microphone to record audio and performances
• Photo gallery or device storage to select and upload media

These permissions are used only to provide the features you choose to use. You can manage permissions through your device settings.

Subscription and Payment Information

When you purchase a subscription or make a payment, we may collect transaction details such as the payment amount, transaction status, order ID, and subscription status.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways or app-store billing providers. Talent Tank generally does not directly store complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Device and Usage Information

We may automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, app version, and language
• IP address and general location derived from it
• Device or advertising identifiers where permitted
• Login activity, viewed content, interactions, and feature usage
• Crash reports, diagnostic information, and performance data
• Notification tokens used to send app notifications

We do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature requires it, you are informed of its purpose, and you provide permission.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and manage user accounts
• Display profiles and uploaded content
• Operate auditions, competitions, events, rankings, and voting
• Categorise participants by location, talent category, and age group
• Process subscriptions and verify payment status

We do not sell users’ personal or sensitive information.

3. Public Content

Talent Tank is a talent-discovery and competition platform. Your profile name, profile picture, performance videos, photos, captions, category, age group, district, votes, rankings, and other information you choose to publish may be visible to the public.

Uploaded performance content may also be used to:

• Promote Talent Tank competitions and participants
• Create voting videos and competition-related promotional material
• Announce shortlisted participants and winners
• Showcase performances on Talent Tank’s website, app, events, and official social-media pages

Where legally required, we will obtain additional consent before using a participant’s content for purposes materially different from the original competition or platform purpose.

Do not upload another person’s personal information or content unless you have the necessary rights and permission.

4. Children’s Privacy

Talent Tank may include participants between 6 and 17 years of age. Protecting children’s privacy and safety is especially important to us.

If a participant is under 18:

• The account and participation must be authorised and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
• Verifiable parental or guardian consent may be required before collecting or processing the child’s personal information.
• Parents and guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s information and content.
• We do not knowingly use children’s personal information for behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
• We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information.

Parents or guardians can contact us at talenttank.india@gmail.com if they believe a child has used Talent Tank without appropriate permission. After verification, we will take reasonable steps to restrict or delete the relevant account and information.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

Other Users and the Public

Information and content that you publish may be displayed to other users or the public as part of profiles, feeds, voting, rankings, competitions, and promotional features.

Service Providers

• Cloud hosting and data storage
• Account authentication
• Payment and subscription processing

• Analytics and crash reporting
• Content moderation and security
• Email, SMS, and customer communication

Event and Competition Partners

Where necessary, limited participant information may be shared with authorised judges, audition coordinators, venue partners, production teams, or franchise partners to operate Talent Tank auditions, competitions, and events.

• Comply with applicable laws, court orders, or lawful government requests
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations
• Protect users, children, Talent Tank, or the public

Talent Tank may contain links to third-party websites, social networks, payment providers, or app stores. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies, and Talent Tank is not responsible for their independent activities.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls and encryption during transmission where appropriate.

However, no internet-based service or storage system is completely secure. Users should protect their passwords, avoid sharing verification codes, and immediately report suspected unauthorised access.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Talent Tank services
• Maintain competition, voting, payment, and transaction records
• Resolve disputes and user complaints
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

Public content may remain visible until it is deleted by the user, removed by Talent Tank, or the related account is deleted. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where legally required.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access information associated with your account
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw consent for optional processing
• Delete uploaded content
• Delete your account and associated personal information
• Submit a privacy complaint or grievance
• Nominate another person to exercise applicable rights on your behalf

Withdrawing consent may prevent certain app features from functioning.

Please send the request using the email address or mobile number associated with your account. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.

After verification, we will delete or anonymise the account and associated personal information within a reasonable period, except for information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Parents or guardians may use the same process to request deletion of a minor’s account.

11. Notifications and Communications

We may send service-related notifications about accounts, auditions, venues, competitions, voting, subscriptions, security, and policy changes.

You may manage push notifications through your device settings. Essential administrative or security communications may still be sent when necessary.

12. International Data Processing

Our service providers may process or store information in India or other countries. When information is transferred, we take reasonable measures to ensure it receives protection consistent with applicable law.
