Child Safety Standards

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Content or behaviour that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child is prohibited across profiles, uploads, comments, messages, auditions, competitions, and other interactions connected to Talent Tank. This includes:

• Creating, uploading, possessing, requesting, selling, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or links to it. This includes imagery depicting a child in sexually explicit conduct, including computer-generated or manipulated imagery.
• Grooming: building trust with a child to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation, including attempts to move that contact off-platform.
• Sexual solicitation, sexualised comments about children, or requests for sexual images, videos, or activity involving a child.
• Sextortion: threatening or blackmailing a child to obtain money, sexual content, or sexual activity.
• Child sex trafficking, arranging sexual access to children, or advertising, encouraging, or facilitating their sexual exploitation.
• Using auditions, prizes, casting opportunities, or promises of fame to pressure or exploit a child sexually.

2. Protecting Young Participants

Participation by anyone under 18 must be authorised and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy. Parental permission does not allow content or conduct prohibited by these standards. Users must not request private sexual material or unsafe meetings from young participants.

3. Report a Child Safety Concern

Anyone, including a child, parent, or guardian, can report suspected CSAE or CSAM involving Talent Tank to our support contact:

Include the relevant username, profile or content link, approximate date, and a brief description so we can locate the concern. Do not download, attach, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM, even to report it. Share identifying details or links instead.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.

4. Review and Enforcement

We will review child safety reports and take appropriate action. When we become aware of CSAM on Talent Tank, we will remove it or disable access to it. Other violations may result in content removal, restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination. We may also act to prevent people responsible for abuse from using our services again.

Reports will be handled with care. Access to report information will be limited to what is needed to investigate, protect children, and meet legal obligations.

5. Legal Compliance and Cooperation

Talent Tank is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws. We will report identified CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law, cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, and preserve relevant records where legally required.
